- Preparing estate plan documents, including wills, revocable living trusts, irrevocable trusts, family limited partnerships and family limited liability companies;
- Reviewing existing estate plan documents and providing advice pertaining to those documents;
- Advising clients regarding incapacity planning, including the use of powers of attorney and health care directives;
- Representing fiduciaries in the administration of probate, non-probate and trust estates;
- Advising personal representative and trustee clients regarding fiduciary duties and obligations; and
- Preparing and filing federal and state estate tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns for trusts and estates.
